The Everything ABC's Blog Hop ~ Letter J

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop

For this hop we will be featuring the letter 'J'

This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment.

Whatever the crafter has choosen as their element will be featured in their post.

If you have come from Wendy's , you are on the right track.

I am featuring Juniper ~ Ink & Card Stock
Just in time for Spring & Summer cards

Set up the stamps & do all the stamping at once by placing the stamps on card stock (cut to size) then place a 4 X3 Acrylic block on them... this way they are all positioned ready to stamp.

I then stamped several for use later... just changed up the sentiment...

I added the stem with a Fine black marker... and our ruler using the grid to keep it straight

Next Stamp the Leaf... I staggered mine along the stem...

Then I experimented with different coloring methods
~ ShinHan Markers & Water Color Paint ~

(use water color paper when using water color paint)

This is the card I created for the this Hop... using Juniper Card Stock & a watercolor background

Here is another Card...
this one is using ShinHan Markers

My second Juniper Card...

I created a Juniper on Juniper background... using a Botanical Backgrounds stamp set
The tag edges have been inked with juniper using a sponge dauber
Stamped with Friendly Pets Stamp Set colored with Shin Han Markers
Some Glimmer trim & Extra Thick Twine to embellish

Thanks for stopping by...

This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment.

Whatever the crafter has choosen as their element will be featured in their post.

If you have come from Darlys, you are on the right track.

I am featureing some card created using stamps & our amazing INK!

My inspiration for this card is from a visit to the Zoo & Aquarium in Bermuda

 Sea Turtles

Using an older stamp set I have dabbed with the Sponge dabber some Sorbert INK in the centre, then some lagoon INK around that... then I rolled the edge of the stamp into Pear...

the effect is a tri colored stamped image!

Just love how this turned out!

This is more like it!

I just love how this one turned out ~ I followed a tutorial from YouTube here to create this card using a pencil, a ruler & an exacto knife ~ it just goes to show that you do not need fancy tools to create a cute interactive card... and it was not to difficult either!

Next I created a couple little closure cards for attaching to some sweets as an Easter surprise ...

Card Stock ~ Daisy White  , Sorbet & Pear
